How to change Logon wallpaper in Windows 7

How to change Logon wallpaper in Windows 7 in just   2 easy Steps :

I think everyone is bored of seeing the regular blue coloured Logon wallpaper.
To Change Logon Wallpaper of windows 7 Follow the Simple Steps...

STEP 1 : Click Start then Click on Run type REGEDIT press Enter
              then Search for OEMBackground
              If you are unable to Find OEMBackground
              Then goto Following Path
              HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background

Change the DWORD value of OEMBackground to 1
If the DWORD key " OEMBackground " not present.
then Manually Create a DWORD Value name it OEMBackground and Change its Value to 1

STEP 2 : Go to the Following Path of System Drive


Computer > Your System Drive as Default is C: > Windows > System32 > oobe > info > backgrounds

If One of the Folder of Path is Not Present then Create it manually

Copy here wallpaper of your Choise and rename the wallpaper to backgroundDefault

and Make sure the wallpaper size have to be less than 256kb
you can edit wallpaper in Picasa or any other photo editing Software of your Choise.....

explain deeply step 1 the( OEMBackground what is this)

OEMBackground is the DWORD key in the Registry Editor...
.If You are unable to find that Key then Go To the Path I Posted below Step 1.
and Change its value to 1...

You mean that Account Picture....
Sure !!!
Just goto the account settings and click on
Change Account Picture then Choose your Desired Picture and Save it.
