In Windows there is a Hidden Option that makesit possible for you to Display a Legel Notice on the Screen before a user is able to log into Windows. All you need to do this........
STEP 1 : Open the Windows Registry.. click start
then click run type regedit and press enter..
STEP 2 : Browse the following Registry Key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
STEP 3 : In the Right Pane, Double Click on the String values legelnoticecaption and legelnoticetext
and modify them to create a legel notice of your choise
